Shipping Policy
All orders received before 12:00 p.m. PST (except for Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) will be processed the next business day and shipped within 48 hours of processing. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. PST will be processed within 2 business days and will be shipped within 48 hours of processing. If an item is out of stock or backordered, you will be notified.

Return Policy
Due to food safety concerns products may only be returned or exchanged for reasons related to damage or packaging breaches. Any damaged product can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the day of purchase, unless otherwise noted. In any case, Sweet Ovations is not responsible for the shipping costs for returned or re-ordered items. As a courtesy, Sweet Ovations will assume the shipping costs for replacement products only. Sweet Ovations requires an email notification of any item received in unsatisfactory condition before a re-order of product can be arranged.

Please place your order number (located on your confirmation email or your paper packing slip) on your email correspondence.

For returns, your credit card will only be credited once we receive and confirm your email notification. You will only receive credit for the dollar amount of the items, not including any original shipping costs.
